Do anybody know an attorney in Fl. that deals with tricare? Specializing in gastric bypass surgery? - gastric bypass surgery requirements
I have many diets. I tried a liquid diet, Ambien (a prescription medicine), Hydroxycut, Zetacap, Weight Watchers, Atkins, etc. I win, lose weight only to return them, and much more. I have to pay to the requirements for TRICARE for the operation and is much more than 100 pounds to 200% comorbity or body structure. There is nothing on a diet for 6 months to go. I have over a young woman took a lawyer. Counsel has shown that the manual says nothing about the diet of 6 months and has been approved for operation. The entire process from beginning to less than 2 months to complete. So I'll probably look at, easy to get a lawyer because I do not get to go through the hassle of waiting to pass through the food programs. I have a family of diabetes, heart diease, stroke, high blood pressure. I am 28 years old. 3 beautiful old children. So I'll probably still a lawyer, the surgery and my life. Thanks

Most insurance companies have a concept that a diet plan before surgery, Tricare, Blue Cross Blue Shield Medicare, Aetna covers not only Tricare. The surgeon has his own criteria and a diet plan that says that if we can do the diet is required after the surgery. There are many reasons why the diet is that you have to do about changes in lifestyle. Surgery is a tool, not a magic wand. Although the acquisition of a lawyer is probably six months to a year, plus expenses, food, regardless of whether you lose weight.
Take the money you would spend for a lawyer and go to Mexico. Read Seriously, on this issue. My sister just have about 10,000 of its U.S. dollar and was made with the doctor was happy to again have the same problem with the insurance company refuses to pay the doctors and ask to go through the garbage before the surgery.
If you want bad enough that you only pay for itself, and Mexico is much cheaper all files without problems. Good luck!
